WHAT IS THE DIGITAL KIT?



Framed in the AceleraPYME program of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, the Government of Spain offers the Digital Kit initiative with the aim of subsidizing the implementation of digital solutions available on the market.

The digital solutions provided by the Digital Kit are aimed at the needs of small and medium-sized companies, micro-companies and self-employed workers, belonging to any sector or type of business.

Any SME that meets the conditions established in the bases of the aid calls, may have a digital voucher that will allow access to digitization solutions.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM GRANT AMOUNT?

The maximum amount of the digital voucher will depend on the size of the company:


-Small companies with between 10 and 49 employees: €12,000


-Small companies or micro-companies with between 3 and 9 employees: €6,000


-Small companies or micro-companies with between 1 and 2 employees and freelancers: €2,000



SOLUTION CATEGORIES

At Vint-13 Consultoria we offer the following solutions to the beneficiary companies of the call for aid from the Digital Kit program, financed by the Next Generation EU European funds within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan:


Electronic commerce.
Creation of an online store or E-commerce and registration of the product catalog with the main objective of creating your website for the purchase of products/services and giving visibility to your brand. Includes: Registration of up to 100 product references - Payment methods - Responsive design - AA accessibility - Basic positioning - Self-management - Shipping methods.

Price range: from €4,500 to €15,000.
Maximum aid amount according to company segment:
- From 0 < 3 employees: €2,000.
- From 3 < 9 employees: €2,000.
- From 10 < 50 employees: €2,000.


Customer Management.
Integration of a CRM system for customer management with the main objective of digitizing and optimizing the management of business relationships with your customers. Includes: Client management - Lead management - Opportunity management - Commercial actions or tasks - Reporting, planning and commercial monitoring - Alerts - Document management - Responsive design - Integration with various platforms.

Price range: from €4,500 to €17,000.
Maximum aid amount according to company segment:
- From 0 < 3 employees: €2,000 (includes 1 user).
- From 3 < 9 employees: €2,000 (includes 1 user).
- From 10 < 50 employees: €2,000 (includes 3 users).


Business Intelligence and Analytics.
The objective of this service is to enable you to exploit your company's data to improve the decision-making process. Includes: Data integration with other databases - Data storage - Dashboard creation - Data export.

Price: from €3,000.
Maximum aid amount according to company segment:
- From 0 < 3 employees: €1,500 (includes 1 user).
- From 3 < 9 employees: €2,000 (includes 1 user).
- From 10 < 50 employees: €4,000 (includes 3 users).


Process management.
The main objective of this service is to digitize and/or automate your business processes, related to operational or productive aspects. Includes: Digitization/automation of processes and workflows - Integration with various platforms - Updatable - Scalable - Compliance with Royal Decree 1619/2012.

Price: from €3,000.
Maximum aid amount according to company segment:
- From 0 < 3 employees: €500 (up to 1 user).
- From 3 < 9 employees: €2,000 (up to 3 users).
- From 10 < 50 employees: €6,000 (up to 10 users).


Electronic invoice.
The main objective of this service is that you can digitize the flow of issuing invoices to your customers. Includes: Invoices in structured format - Unlimited invoices - Unlimited clients - Unlimited products or services - Sending invoices by email - Invoice customization - Periodic backup - 1Gb Invoice storage - Integration with other solutions - Invoice expiration control - Compliance with Royal Decree 1619/2012.

Price: from €3,000.
Maximum aid amount according to company segment:
- From 0 < 3 employees: €500 (up to 1 user).
- From 3 < 9 employees: €1,000 (up to 3 users).
- From 10 < 50 employees: €1,000 (up to 10 users).
